Keep your diabetes in check
- Plan your diet carefully: Moderation is the key! You don’t have to eliminate all the things that you love from your daily diet, just plan carefully with your doctor or nutritionist and eat what you like!
- Check your sugar levels regularly: Either use a glucometer or get it checked by a doctor, regular blood sugar checks are key in controlling your diabetes.
- Exercise regularly: You don’t have to indulge in intense workouts. Just keep yourself active and fit!
- Follow your medication schedule diligently: Be disciplined when it comes to your medication. On time, regular dosages will make diabetes behave.
